1953 Start up for production of the patented STEPHAN UNIVERSAL MACHINE as cutter for meat processing with further developments ( bakery & kitchen ) with bowl contents of 10 120 liters

1959 Beginning of the patented STEPHAN MICROCUT series for the continuous finest cutting and emulsifying of meat and food products

1963 First presentation of STEPHAN UNIVERSAL MACHINES for processed cheese production with DIRECT STEAM INJECTION to the market.

1965 Development and design of STEPHAN machines for industrial capacities.

1976 Introduction of patented STEPHAN COMBICUT MACHINES for industrial food processing

1983 Evolution of special STEPHAN VACUUM COOKERS, particularly for production of jam and fruit preparations

1990 Introduction of STEPHAN VACUTHERM for mixing, cooking and emulsifying of convenience food, delicatessen and dairy products

1993 Development of the patented STEPHAN UHT AND CONTINUOUS COOKER MODULE SYSTEM for continuos production of dairy and delicatessen products with temperatures up to 145

1999 STEPHAN joins the Sympak Group and is now affiliated with Corazza, Sima, OPM and R.C.
