We will contact the client's original Registration Agent and apply for a transfer. Our Registration Agent onlinenic.com will send a Confirmation Email to our client's Administrative Email. The client is to reply
the Confirmation Email immediately, after which, the original Registration Agent will also send a
Confirmation Email to the client. The client is to reply the Confirmation Email immediately as well.
Once the Domain DNS change has been effected, hosting can then take place.

Please note that should the Administrative Email not be the client's own email, he can seek the help of
the original Internet Company to reply the Confirmation Email.

First of all, we will find out the details of the program which the client expects the program can do. We
will fax a copy of the Requirement Study to the client. Upon agreement of the Requirement Study specs,
the client will need to sign on the Agreement and furbish a deposit of 30% before we proceed with the
creation of the program. The remaining 70% will be required only after the completion of the program
and before any fine-tuning is done.
