Netor Anti-Spam Policy
Netor is an ICANN-accredited registrar, specialized in domain
name registration and transfer, and also value added services, including
web-based account management, full DNS management services, e-mail
forwarding and URL forwarding exclusively to resellers.
It is internationally identified that the following emails are defined
as spam: unsolicited unauthorized advertisement, electronic publication,
any other publications; emails that can't be rejected by the receiver;
emails that hide the information such as sender's identity, address
or title; emails that have bogus information resource, sender, or
route.
Netor sets against unsolicited, unauthorized, unpopular Emails;
against the action of making or sending spam; against the action
of improper self-advertising by using others' email tools, bulk-emails
sending tools or other convenient condition. Netor will not
allow our services (including but not limited to domain registration
services, DNS services, domain name resolution/forwarding services,
hosting service, post office services etc.) or our servers to be
used for any related action of making or sending or helping to send
spam.
If Netor, Inc. receives complaints about spam, Netor, Inc.
will immediately close the website included in the email (if hosted
at Netor) email boxes/post offices (if rented at Netor),
modify DNS associated with the domain name that is included in the
website, email boxes/post offices and freeze the domain name without
notice in advance.
If the customer requires to restore and promise not to make, send
or help to send spam, and a $80.00 reactivation fee is required
to be paid before the site or email boxes or post offices are reactivated.
If the customer doesn't promise or doesn't pay the above reactivation
fee, then the website, email boxes/post offices, or domain name
will not be restored.
In the event that Netor, Inc. receives further complaints after
the site has been unlocked the first time, Netor, Inc. will terminate
the hosting and email boxes associated with domain name in question,
terminate and/or delete the domain name. If the customer requires
to restore and promise not to make, send or help to send spam, and
a $170.00 reactivation fee is required to be paid before the site
or email boxes or post offices are reactivated. If the customer
doesn't promise or doesn't pay the above reactivation fee, then
the website, email boxes/post offices, or domain name will not be
restored.
In the event that Netor, Inc. receives further complaints after
the site has been unlocked the second time, Netor will deal with
it according to the above terms, the reactivation fee increases
by $170 per website (email boxes/post offices, domain name)
This policy takes effect since publication at Netor website.
Netor members and resellers should understand and inform the
end users. Netor, Inc shall have the right to modify the relative
terms in this policy accordingly.
