Webmail forwarding attachment issue

Some user cannot forward a message with attachment in the webmail, they can change the setting here:

1: Logon webmail (http://crejob.com:8383)

2: At top right handside, choose Account Options - Preferences

3: Change Forward Attchments to "Include attachments"
